Admission Process
Our admission officer is situated in a private office to maintain the confidentiality of your history/information. The front office staff will assist you during the admission process. They will generate a Unique Hospital Identification Number for the patient. All medical records will be maintained by the Clinic for future reference.
The admission Officer along with the help of accounts department will provide you with an estimate and guide you for selecting the relevant category of room of your choice. You will be escorted to the allotted room/bed and make you feel comfortable.
For surgical cases, you will be required to make an advance payment which will be adjusted against the final bill at the time of discharge.
Documents required at the time of admissions
- Appropriate Identification of Patient (ID number / Passport / Travel documents / Driving License)
- Doctor’s referral details & Prescription
- Details of person assuming personal and financial responsibility for uninsured patient along with ID & proof of address
- Letter of Guarantee from a recognized institution which will cover the Hospitalization costs (Insurance Company, Corporate)
- If you are not covered by an appropriate medical Insurance scheme, an advance payment by cash/credit card will be required.
